Kevin Gaither is originally from Northern California. He graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Architecture (of all things) and began his long sales/sales leadership career in 1994.

Since then, he has worked for eight startups, three of which have had liquidity events, including Business.com and ZipRecruiter. He was the Head of Sales for ZipRecruiter where he grew the sales team from 0 to over 500 salespeople and generated hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue in under eight years.

Kevin and his wife presently run Sales Leadership Advisory and Real Estate businesses in Los Angeles, where they live with their two children. Though a horrible golfer, Kevin is a constant learner who tries always to find a lesson to share from his own mistakes (of which he’s made many).
